Holman Retractable Ratchet Straps are longer, stronger, and more durable than any other ratchet tie-down. Clamp-on ratchet straps (sold in sets of two) enable you to quickly and safely secure cargo on top of the rack. Required by law in some states, these Clamp-on ratchet straps are specially designed for your Holman Pro Series rack.
