Warn spydura(tm) synthetic rope is constructed with an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (uhmwpe) material that provides tremendous tensile strength and abrasion resistance, and is coated with a protective, high-temperature urethane.
- heat treated 12 strand ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (uhmwpe) material with a minimum straight line breaking strength of 24,000 lbs
- protective urethane coating shields against uv, dirt, and debris, and helps prevent the rope from splitting and fraying.
- reinforced thimble to minimize rope stress at connection point.
- red heat resistant sleeve provides end-of-rope Warning, increases drum grip, and protects the first layer of rope from high winch drum temperature.
- ballistic nylon sleeve sliding sleeve helps guard the rope from abrasion when winching over an object.
