Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your unworn garments with all original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label generated by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Await Refund
Take your package to the designated shipping carrier. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
